Hey I'm Josh Hafer. I'm a 21 year old college student at Arizona State University working on completing my bachelors in mathematics. I love music. Listening to it, playing it, going to concerts. I play the bass guitar and keyboard in the "band" that I'm in. I love acting. After experiencing some set backs with childhood acting, I took a break and went to college. Now that I have a more steady flow of income I want to invest my time and money into acting again and make something out of it. And since I still look young, I just pick up where I left off.

| 48 Hour Film Project as well as YouTube videos (2007-07-11) | | The 48 hour film project is coming up for my group next weekend. It should be very interesting to get to work with all these creative people and learn from them as well. Also a great way to network with some local talent, maybe make a movie or two ;)
I've also got started in some real progression toward making a few nice YoutTube videos. The hope is that in the future we can put together some actual very good looking films and display them on YouTube. These would be more than just hand held camera with no equipment. These are going to be videos with thought, planning, sound effects, music additions, basically a lot of stuff to make it really good. Then eventually more people will become interested in the project and either join up in making some more films, or just look forward to the next part in the series.
It's gunna be an awesome summer :D

It's not actually until the last weeks of August but it's for a student film in Glendale and sounds really fun, though I might have to teach myself how to skate lol. So yeah, taking the first couple steps in the right direction. Everything just gets better and better.

Here's my first Blog... again. Since Actingland didn't save my first one or something.
I guess I'll keep it short this time. I just wanted to say hi to everyone out there! I think this is a great networking tool and since I plan on acting for my career, I'll probably use it a lot. And with the influx of technology (mainly the internet) it makes self promoting and selling one's self even easier. Now I can almost immediately see a return on my efforts. I'm very anxious to get started into non stop acting and eventually work my way up.
